Life’s Uncertainties Therapy and Coaching Services was founded after over 15 years of providing therapeutic services to people within our community.

Our founder, Shetress Woods, discovered the importance of providing effective therapeutic services while demonstrating patience and compassion for the wellbeing of others while serving. Life’s Uncertainties is a company that focuses on the residual effects resulting from the uncertainties of life. Those effects, if not transformed, can result in mental disorders that can negatively impact the quality of life.
