We provide services in the areas of Depression, Anxiety, Sexual Abuse, Anger Management, Grief, Relational Issues, Substance Use, and Life and Relationship Coaching through the following branches of psychotherapy:

Family Therapy

Supportive Friend

Quality Care

Family therapy is a unique type of therapy. It requires the members of a family to come together in one place to share their hearts and minds. Family therapy is also an opportunity for every member of a family to participate in problem solving and team building. Participating in family therapy takes courage and a wiliness to do things differently. Taking time to hear and process through what other loved ones have to say can enhance or change one’s own perspective.

Couples Therapy

A Supportive Therapist

A Happier, Healthier Marraige

Couples counseling is a therapeutic process in which at least two individuals are in a romantic relationship with each other and want to resolve problems within their relationship. The most essential part of couples counseling is the willingness to work together. It is a process that allows each member of the relationship to speak their truth and develop new strategies and communication skills that can enhance the couple’s life together.

Individual Therapy

Here For You

Individual therapy is a therapeutic relationship that is developed between the therapist and the patient to achieve mental wellness. During individual therapy, the client and the therapist have an opportunity to get to know each other on a level that creates a rapport. Once a rapport is developed, it creates an atmosphere in which the client feels comfortable with being vulnerable and disclosing. This allows the possibility of the development of new insight, change, and healing.

Coaching

Together Growth

There are several types of therapeutic modalities that are utilized during the therapeutic process, which include, but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, and others.

Coaching is like having your own personal cheerleader or change expert. It is designed to support an individual in developing and accomplishing his or her personal goals. Coaching is beneficial for people who are aware of the goals they want to achieve and what they need to do to achieve their goals. Coaching is intended to assist in maintaining motivation and personal accountability. Coaching is not counseling. It will not require an individual to resolve issues related to the past or be assigned a diagnosis. Coaching and counselling are different but work together efficiently.
